People living with Parkinson’s and their families are individuals with equal value to all other members of Australian society. They have the right to treatment and care by knowledgeable professionals, the right to appropriate support services and the right to have the best quality of life possible.

Parkinson’s Queensland Incorporated is a non-profit, community-based organisation which provides information, counselling and support to people living with Parkinson's disease, their partners, carers and families.
Parkinson’s Queensland seeks to make a positive contribution to the provision of treatment and professional support services for people with Parkinson's disease. We also provide in-service training and education for health professionals.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Education and Training is available for people living with Parkinson's, their partners, families and carers. Education Sessions are available for health professionals working with people living with Parkinson's, including Aged care workers and Allied Health professionals.
